At this time, JuicyBunny-dvd.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States (expect for the certain zip codes, cities and states- see below) and most international locations using USPS and FedEx. The product is shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase.
If you want to know the actual cost of shipping your order, please put all the DVDs you want to buy in your cart and check out. The shipping cost is calculated and displayed automatically after you have entered your address and clicked the "Continue" button. You then have the option to complete your order or cancel it. If you cancel here, you will not be charged anything.
Currently we offer:
Free USPS shipping on orders $100+ within the US
One free DVD for orders $199+ for Non-US customers.
- The free DVD must have a value equal or less than your highest price DVD in your order.
To get this free DVD offer, you must type your chosen DVD title and catalog ID (example: Creampie clinic XV-62)
in the "Add Comments" section during checkout.
The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
International Ordering Tips
1. International customers are responsible for all local import fees and duties associated with your order. Check with local authorities concerning any applicable taxes, duties, and/or customs delays before placing your order. We are not responsible for any of these fees or delays.
2. Some countries place restrictions on certain imports, and some of these imports are banned altogether. Please check with your local authorities before placing an order. While we can refund the merchandise cost if an item is returned to us due to import restrictions, we cannot refund the shipping and handling charges. In some cases, customs officials will confiscate the restricted items, in which can we cannot refund the merchandise or the shipping and handling costs. We will try to accommodate any special requests you may have for shipping products to you. Just send our Customer Service Department an e-mail with any questions.
3. When ordering internationally, please be patient for the arrival of your order. There are many possible delays that may occur that are beyond our control caused by such things as weather, language barriers, duties, taxes, import restrictions, and customs services. Please be understanding of this complex operation and allow 30 business days before declaring an international shipment lost in transit and requesting reshipment. Please contact us at any time during the shipping process and if we are able to track your item we will do so. We accept returns for refund - of cost of product(s) - of UNOPENED product(s) ONLY within 30 days of your receipt of order. We accept requests for exchange of defective products only within 30 days of your receipt of product only. Please fill the form or send e-mail to sales at juicybunny-dvd.com with any questions or concerns and to arrange for return/replacement of product(s) or special shipping arrangements.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
